Our Odor eliminating toilet seat system removes odor from the toilet bowl before it can escape into the bathroom. This new patented toilet seat hinge system is a replacement hinge for the existing hinges found on conventional toilet seats. This system works on both elongated and round, wooden toilet seats.
Compared to alternative systems already available on the market today, the odor eliminating toilet seat system is extremely efficient. Current odor extracting systems such as ceiling fans consume around 50 to 180 watts of electrical power. Our odor eliminating toilet seat system consumes around 1 to 2 watts of electrical power. This means our system is very economical as it consumes 50 to 180 times less energy than other systems. This translates to a 5000% to 18000% less energy consumption on a 1 watt fan and 2500% to 9000% less energy consumption on a 2 watt fan. Our system uses a 1/2” inner diameter pipe or flex conduit compared to 3” to 4” conduit that other systems use. This makes the system compact, use less material, and makes it easy to install.
This system operates on low voltage of 12v DC using a transformer. Fan power is around 1 to 2 watts and are quiet and unobtrusive. The fan draws around .08 to .2 amps. This low power draw means yearly energy cost is under 1 dollar. The system removes a very low volume of air at around 1 cubic foot per minute.
Our goal was to create an environmentally friendly odor eliminating system without the use of any chemicals or sprays. The odor eliminating toilet seat system is proudly invented and manufactured in the USA.
Existing fans move around 70 to 140 cubic feet per minute. For example, using a fan that moves 100 cubic foot per minute allows the fan to eliminate 10,000 cubic feet of air every 100 minutes. This is the equivalent to a 1000 square foot house. The expelled air is replaced with fresh air from the outside which needs to be cooled in the summer and heated in the winter. Here, our system demonstrates the real economic benefit.
